The systems underneath the work.

ERP, CRM, cloud and the integrations between them — implemented and maintained so they hold up in production, not just in a demo environment.

Where we get called in

Usually after a project stalled, an integration broke, or the system that worked at half the volume stopped working at full volume.

System integration

NOWData is re-keyed between your ERP, CRM and finance tools because nothing talks to anything else.
AFTEROne integration layer with defined contracts, retries and monitoring — so records move once and stay in sync.

Cloud migration

NOWAging servers nobody wants to touch, with a restore process that has never been tested.
AFTERInfrastructure moved with a rehearsed cutover, documented recovery, and cost visibility from day one.

Vendor & partner connectivity

NOWEvery new customer or supplier means another manual file transfer or portal login.
AFTERStandardized connections — API, EDI or file — that onboard a new partner in days instead of months.

Custom applications

NOWA critical process runs in a spreadsheet that one person maintains and nobody else understands.
AFTERA supported internal application with access control, an audit trail, and someone other than that one person able to change it.

Data & reporting platform

NOWEvery team reports a different number because every team has its own extract.
AFTERA single source of truth with defined ownership, refresh schedules and reconciliation you can point auditors at.

Legacy modernization

NOWA system you can’t upgrade, can’t replace, and can’t fully staff.
AFTERA staged path off it — strangle the risky parts first, keep the business running throughout.

How we build it

Boring where it counts, modern where it pays

We don’t re-platform for its own sake. Every change has to reduce risk, reduce cost, or unlock something you couldn’t do before — and it has to be reversible.

Rehearsed cutovers
Every migration is dry-run against real data before the real one.
Reversible by design
If a release goes wrong, we roll back in minutes rather than firefight.
Documented for your team
Runbooks and architecture notes, not tribal knowledge.
No proprietary layer
Standard tooling, your accounts, your repositories.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our ERP?

Almost never. Most of the pain comes from what surrounds it, not the system itself. We only recommend replacement when working around it costs more than changing it.

Can you work with our internal team?

Yes — that’s the usual arrangement. We take the parts that need specialist experience and leave your team owning the rest.

What about downtime?

Cutovers are planned around your calendar and rehearsed first. Most of our migrations have been invisible to end users.

Who owns what you build?

You do — code, infrastructure configuration and documentation, in your own accounts and repositories.
